3. Prohibited Content

For a respectful community, avoid posting content that is racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, obscene, or offensive. Discussions on religion and politics are prohibited. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Hateful Conduct and Harassment: Promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals based on their identity is forbidden. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information: Sharing personal information without consent is not allowed. This includes personal identifiers (names, emails, addresses) and any content that infringes upon others' privacy.

4. Limited License

By posting content, you grant Umbra Software Redux a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute your content. This includes exercising copyright and publicity rights without attribution to you.

5. Term and Termination

These terms are effective upon account creation and remain so until your account or these terms are terminated. You can terminate your account at any time through the Client Area. Note, content you've posted may remain in the Community post-account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Umbra Software Redux respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. The Community and its content are protected by copyright, and you are granted use only as permitted by these terms.
